Just saw the sequel to "Get Shorty" this weekend and okay, maybe it's not the worst movie ever but "Be Cool" is in the top 10. Speaking of "Top Tens" here's my newly updated list of the worst movies I've ever experienced.
NOTE: This is list is ALWAYS subject to change...
10. "Star Wars Episode One"- Maybe it was all the build-up but this thing sucked out loud. WAY too much Jar-Jar.
9. "Traffic" - Ever left a movie feeling like the world was a hopeless, worthless place? Want to? See "Traffic"
8. "My Boss's Daughter" - What's surprising is that a movie starring Tara Reid wasn't warning enough.
7. "The Truth About Cats & Dogs" - Truth is... this movie is loathesome.
6. "Matrix ReLoaded" - (See #10) What is with the 20 minute diatribe right in the middle?
5. (the aforementioned) "Be Cool" - It was like watching a really, really, really bad episode of the "Love Boat". There was about 1 million cameos and guest stars, none of which had any relevence to the paper-thin story line.
4. "Mystery Men" - I swear if I ever meet Ben Stiller I will ask for my $7 back for this debacle.
3. "Metro" - Imagine a 90-minute car chase featuring Eddie Murphy and Michael Rappaport. Sounds interesting? I didn't think so.
2. "A.I." - Made me want to drag Haley Joel Osment into the street and pistol-whip him. Could be #1 if not for...
1. "Six Degrees of Seperation" - What's worse than watching a gay sex scene with your 16-year old girlfirend's family? Watching a gay sex scene, with full frontal nudity, with your 16-year old girlfriend's family.
